How credits work

Before generation

The displayed cost is reserved from your available balance.

Successful result

A credit is spent once the result passes native-size, fixed-palette and background checks and is saved for retrieval. Visual style and perspective still need your review.

Failure or two-minute timeout

The reservation is released; the attempt spends zero credits. An output arriving after timeout cannot charge you.

Connection interrupted

A network error does not prove generation failed. Recover the existing request or check your account; repeated submission of the same request cannot charge twice.

Retry or another candidate

After a confirmed failure, a new attempt follows the same reservation rule. A new successful candidate uses another credit. Refinement and repeat downloads are free.

Purchases

Credits appear after the billing service verifies payment. A checkout redirect alone does not add credits. Duplicate payment notifications do not add credits twice. Stripe hosts payment entry. Refunds remove the corresponding purchased credits; partial refunds round the credit reversal up. A negative balance blocks further generation.

Trial & retention

No trial credit grant is enabled yet. Generated results are retrievable for 24 hours; download them to keep a copy. Projects and asset libraries are planned for a later stage.
